great stories...it seems that your experiences with glendale / beverly hills / etc. were like what i was going through at van nuys. they kept insisting there is no such thing as the sport package. on the other hand, the guy at cerritos mentioned the option to place a special order for the sport package...but seemed to not want to go down that avenue. i suppose the 'profit' on a special order is minimal. BUT, i'm the type of person who thinks that a good sales person will go the extra mile to get what the CUSTOMER wants.

cerritos of lexus, westminister and longo lexus offered me the best deal and my sales guy didnt answer his phone so i just bought it 3700 off msrp.. worked out great for me. i probbly could of gotten 1300 more off...
