Just remember two things:
the pre-april 06 TPMS
Toyota P/N 42607-30030 have an FCC # of PAXPMV1017 and IC # 3729APMV1017

the post-april 06 TPMS
Toyota P/N 42607-33021 have a FCC # of PAXPMV107J and IC # 3729APMV107J

the tpms you have in there are the toyota post-april 06, so that means that will one fit cars that were built after april 2006

Damn so should i take my new wheels and tires (shipped separate, so mounting and balancing will be needed) to a lexus dealership? Or a reputable wheel/tire shop? I am buying extra sensors so they will stay in the setup.

380 is way too much. Try discount tire or ntb. Pretty much most new cars come with these annoying little things. They have already messed with them. They more then likely wont even charge you if you are getting the tires mounted and balanced with them.

thanks yeah that is what i thought. i just checked and mine says 05/06 so i guess i need post-april. I would think most sensors on ebay that are new would be post-april.

Maybe that price includes calibrating the new TPMS but if you're using your old ones and just switching wheels the dealer/wheel shop doesn't have to recalibrate. Some local shops I've checked (out of curiosity) charge $18-25 for each TPMS installed on top of the regular charges for mounting and balancing.
