well i am assuming he has a little bit of wiggle room, because the buy it now price is $500 cheaper than that of the other advertisement.

There is a lot of wiggle room IMO. Just wait till a few days, then a few weeks pass. If the seller is desperate, the car can be had for a lot less than the "buy it now price".

That's a fair asking price, imo. There is a lot of good stuff on that car. It's not overdone like you see some cars. It's all tasteful. A few things I could do without, but if I wanted a fully loaded, nicely customized car I would consider it.

Maybe, maybe not. All it takes is one buyer and the car is gone. If people think it is way overpriced make him an offer and see what happens.

The asking price is fair, but to be honest, the suede seats look like slip on seat covers. 2 clear bras? Maybe the seller is trying to figure out where he spent the last $500, and can't remember.

I saw a stock 2006 IS350 with Lux, ML, chromed stock wheels, and 8K miles for $37K at a Houston dealership. $44K isn't a bad price with all of the extras.

It does take only one buyer, but that buyer must be willing to fork over $44K for a modded car that may not meet his specs. I know lots of mod fanatics that won't buy someone else's modded car. They would rather buy it stripped down and have the personal enjoyment of making the mods, even though it may cost an extra $5K to $10K.

yes and i have done that before, but as long as you check it out, the smart and best bang for your buck choice is to buy it modded, ESPECIALLY in this case. But like you said, it just depends on what type of person you are . . .
