Well you definitely get a lot better value out of a burnout when you record it and let everyone see it.

You guys are funny...

Only reason I did the burn out was because I already purchased new tires and rims, so these rims/tires are going straight to the garage. Chances are I'll never mount them again, so who cares.

Not to mention a burn out like that, which lasted less than 20 seconds doesn't kill your tread at all, sure it took some off, but not THAT much.

Finally, doing a burn out does heat up the tires, therefor making it more sticky, therefor increasing your grip on the road. Sure it may not be a dramatic difference, but to the member who said it did nothing at all, I believe you're wrong.

And about the rear brakes, I dont think the rear brakes were engaged, atleast no where near full engagement, I had the brakes on lightly so Im pretty sure it was just the front brakes that locked up..

Sure it wastes tread, but it's still fun

Theres something about the smell of burning rubber in the morning... it smells like...

VICTORY!

One sad thing about is350 burnouts, its too easy 600bucks for a decent set of rear tires, they need to cut down all the rainforest then tires will be cheeper oh and club baby seals.

Nah man that burnout is nothing!

Check out the one I did before the turbo was installed. With the turbo now, I can get a massive smokeshow in 2nd and 3rd gear lol

Not too big of a deal for me. I'm replacing the whole enigne, tranny, and rear end within a year or two. Full 2JZ-GTE VVT-i 6-speed swap

How many '05 Lexus cars get an engine overhaul within 3-4years?
