I am having a problem with my auto tilt mirror when going into reverse. Both driver and passenger side mirrors tilt only partially as of this past week. When I put the car back in drive, it doesn't seem to tilt back to its correct setting ... which requires me to shift the car back to Park and hit the memory setting #. Anyone else ever run into this issue?

Noticed the same thing in mine, when your mirrors are at certain angles, it will not move all the way down due to not enough room for the glass to move. Try to re-position your mirrors and then see if it moves down any more.

Only my left side-view mirror recently stopped working auto-tilting in reverse. I took it to the dealership and they decided to order a brand new left side-view mirror. When I picked it up after their initial diagnosis (with the old mirror), it was working again and it seems as though the dealer never noticed.
Think there is a model-wide issue starting to brew here?

I've been having this problem too. I'm not sure if its when it tilts back up, but I've just noticed when im driving that my mirrors are not in the right place after pressing my memory seat button.

Are you guys sure that the (most recent) memory setting is linked to your keyfob? Whenever I change my memory setting, I also make sure I re-do the keyfob setting. I could be wrong, but if you have changed ur memory setting and had not re-done the keyfob "link" (not sure what its called), the two settings may be different. For example, when u walk upto the car, the memory from the keyfob will be activated (whatever setting you last "linked" to the keyfob. When you get inside, and you press your memory setting button it maybe be different. Again, I'm not 100% positive about this, but I thought thats how it worked bc when I first got the car I had similar issues with the memory as I was messing around with my seating positions.

mine is doing the same thing... at first it was just the passenger side not tilting all the way and being out of setting when put back in drive and now its the driver side as well and its seriously pissing me off, now i leave the switch in the middle so i dont have to adjust my mirros everytime i reverse, until i have the time to go to the dealer

Ya it's one of those things you regret not getting... But ya, mines been doing that too. It doesn't fully go down on the right side... and if it does, it doesn't fully go back to the original position when parked. But this is only to my right side mirror.
