I don't think it actuall takes them that long, rather that is just the standard book time they tell you and charge you. It probably takes them no more than 2 hours. I've done many suspension installs in my own garage with no lifts, sometimes with air tools sometimes without, and even working by myself I can get it done in about 2-3 hours on an unfamiliar car with a break or two. If it is a car I'm familiar with I can do the swap in under 1 hour. I've swapped out my Acura Legend and NSX suspensions many times before in about 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on my mood.

i called a professional shop in Taiwan to get a quote on swapping OEM coilovers to Zeal Function Xs. I was quoted only 80USD. They said it takes about 1.5-2 hours. They are very well known shop in Taiwan. I think they been in business for 15 years or so
