Mine said to fill up and bring back to dealer and he will give a free oil change. He explained that most of the people do not fill up this survey. So they are asking folks to bringing it back to dealership so that they can show lexus that they are trying to get people to response (hence the free oil change). I did not see anything wrong with that. But I have not received mine yet... It's been a month and a half.

Hopefully he meant that the second oil change would be free. The first one (5,000mi) is compliments of Lexus at any dealer.

Yes, actually he said he would give a free oil change coupon. I got two coupons for free when I closed the deal. So this would had been the third coupon. Assuming first one does not require coupon, I could potentially get 4 free oil changes (and coupons for pedicure/manicure at onsite spa...hmm)

Now, where is that dang survey?
