Ok,

Just got my vleds yesterday, here is my opinion about the two bulbs

1w HIGH POWER

Pros
-Cheaper, $20
-Does not make housing yellow

Cons
-Not bright enough
-A little blue/purple
-One bulb was brighter than the other
-Life span?

V-LEDS

Pros
-Brighter/Whiter
-Cool effect/its got multiple leds.

Cons
-Makes your housing yellow
-Expensive, $40
-Life span?

Wow, those vleds look great! I just dont like how the white led color doesnt match any of the other headlighting.

Got pics of the vleds in the day? after all at nite you drive with the headlites on so the DRL's turn off. The problem isnt how it looks at nite but in the day.

Does anyone know the part number for these VLEDs? The 25 LED one by chance?

ben_r mentioned that these threads/posts about the LEDs do need to be consolidated into one thread.

Where is the correct position to put these? I heard conflicting stories, do they go into the "City Lights" position or the highbeam position? If they are in the highbeam position I would assume the turn off when you turn on your highbeams.

I tried perusing through all of the threads, but is just so much info with people calling them different things and putting the LEDs in different positions.

I'm thinking they should go in the upper corner position.

Anyway, for anyone that knows this for sure and what the part number is for the 25 LED bulb, I certainly appreciate your help.

old oiler, heres the ebay page, i only see the 9 smt not the 25 anymore, maybe when their out of stock they take down the item? i dunno.

But which slot do they go into the corner slot or the center slot of the light? I'm assuming it's that upper corner slot.

I ordered both the 1w and the multi-LED also, and as you, I did not like the multi-LED design and I’m sticking w/the 1w LED bulbs for the DRL’s. The lighting is just not uniform for the multi-LED's as it is clearly demonstrated in your photos, and did not like the lighting pattern in the housing.

Too bad for I thought the results would be different. Anyone want to purchase the set form me...?

how long did it take to ship? its been a week for me and im still waiting.. how impatient i am.. and my brothers taking my car to the jm lexus meet today and i cant go cause im working.. boo...
