Had it for about a month and taking it back because my rear spoiler is not sticking onto the trunk; there's a gap on the driver side.

Yes, a very minor one... that was caused by me. But they took care of it anyways.

BUT, I think you said with the NAV software update the A/C will stay in 'AUTO' mode -- this is the main reason I want to get this done! I get so tired of hitting that button!

took mine back at 7000 miles for knocking in the motor. They had it for 1 month said they replaced it and now after 2 weeks out of the shop it is doing it again.

Yes, my problem is pretty bad too. Damaged front right axle where it attaches to the lug pattern, coilover, brakes, A/C, foglight, broken rim, body work and unknown amount of undercarridge damage. Thats my guess. Havent gotten the damage sheet yet.

My car is dealer serviced but,

Seat creak fixed by me, tightened rail to floor bolts myself.

1) TSIB for seat belt and brake dust, and dealer flushed system with new fluid.
2) Replaced "IS350" emblem due to pealing chrome.
3) Nav drift was recalibrated once by the dealer and was solid for months, started drifting again this past week. No Canadian TSIB
4) Both head light assemblies on order for replacement due to cracking where they meet the fender,....too tight from day one.

Still inlove with my car though

Took it in Monday. Friday night a check engine light came on. Screen said check VSC. Also one my buttons on my radio are sticking and not working correctly. They said the CE light was a bad o2 sensor and they are ordering me a new radio. I have to take it back when the parts show up.

First experience with Lexus service. It was ok. They had good coffee, but they didn't give me a loaner and I had to get to work. They dropped me off at work which was nice, but I couldn't get a ride back to pick my car up. I just moved to Salt Lake so I don't know anyone so I went through hell trying to get back to pick my car up.

I made an appointment on the 13th to have the following work done on the 27th: The rear view mirror TSB done, fix the popping from the center speaker grille and have the TSB done for the engine rattle at cold start-up.

I made the appointment so far ahead for 3 reasons:
1. That was my next day off.
2. To give them ample time to order the parts so I would not be without my car long.
3. I wanted another IS for a courtesy car. (Even if it was a 250. I love the Starfire Pearl though.)

That gave them 12 days, not counting Sundays, to see the work order and realize that the parts needed to be ordered. What do you know? When I took my car in on Monday at 7:30 that morning for the work to be done they called me at 5:55 that afternoon to tell me that the parts needed to be ordered for both TSBs and that they could not duplicate the popping sound from the center dash.

So another 2 more days without my precious.

On a side note: I'm almost wishing I would have held out for a 350 in Starfire Pearl.
