It been a long time didn't post anything here, Still no mods, but got a new camera.. Ill post some later

I bought crappy ones from ACE hardware, I didnt like them, too small and slippery.

I just ordered a set, i'll probably end up only using them on the driver side. My dress shoes are starting to wear a spot just below my gas pedal and it's driving me nuts.

NO. Not at all. Even tried to step on a puddle of water and drove my car and not slippery at all. I wear running/cross trainer shoes though.

Personal opinion. If you live in mud and snow areas the OEM all weather floor mats are ok, but in mild climates like FL, CA and TX where you are mainly dealing with rain water the clear mats are a better choice, imo. Pictures always make them look shiny, in reality they blend in well, don't slip and are a breeze to keep clean with a damp cloth. You pays your money and takes your choice: Clunky looking black rubber or smoother clear plastic. I've got the clear plastic ExactMats and they work fine for me.

I have got clear mat. It is very easy to keep clean and blends in with cashmere interior. Although, sometime I wonder by putting these on am I depriving myself of full lexus enjoyment !

Does anyone know how much the original lexus mats cost (all 4)?

Like the carpet runners my grandparents had. Do they make plastic slip covers for the seats, too?

Default Da Mats

My friend in Houston makes the exact mats and they are excellent.....as you know there is no perfect solution but I believe they look fine over my black mats. Very custom fit. exact mats . com

I've bought both the clear and the all weather mats when I got my car. I've decided the all weather mat looks better in my black interior. So, if anyone is interested, I've got a set of all new clear customs mats for sale (straight from the dealer) - I'll have to look to see who made them though
