I was walking up to my car tonight and i had an idea to wire the puddle lamps to the turn signal so that it would act as a side marker, only allowing it to flash and not stay on constantly. But I was wondering if anyone attempted this before and how hard would you guys think it could be?
input please.

Huh, never thought of that before. Those puddle lamps arent very visible though. Anyone more than 20 feet away probably wont even know they are flashing. Shouldnt be that hard though. Just open the mirror up and cut the wires going to the lights and re-route them to the front or rear turn signals and tap the power off of those. Then they should just light up whenever the turn signal does.
Have you looked into doing the real side markers? Is that a difficult install? I see people do it to civics all the time.
