for people who had them on for a long time... do you see any fading?.. I just figure the left side is going to fade quicker than the right because you make more left turns than rights. I've seen fading on people who spray their tail lights and even the vinyl. That would be my concern... I'm thinking of going with some clears... only because i just recently had a crack tail light from a hit and run. maybe if i had some clear over lays it may not have been so bad? either way I don't want to risk it again

Philip, what did you do that is different? I really didn't notice anything. Oh, and about taking them off gasoline works like a charm.
