I rode in my friend's new IS250 w/ X package today. I didn't get a chance to drive it, but I wish I could have. It seemed significantly stiffer than my IS350 w/ premium package. I could really feel the road and it seemed like every little bump. Does anyone else know how much different it is in reality?

It kinda reminded me of the road feel I used to have in my S2000...

The only options for a super soft ride and great handling are some of the nearly instantaneous magnetic rides.

 

yeah my friend has an is350 without x package. you're right about the road feel. it wasn't drastically different, but my car is much shakier. i noticed it off the bat when i rode in his car also. he floored it and it seamlessly sped forward. i kinda liked it.

 

sport/x package changes it a lot, dont know why when a IS is up for a comparo it isnt put on it
