The ship was righted and made it to Alaska (a very cool outcome considering how the story looked early on).
My understanding is that the cars will need some work but only a few got wet.
It should be interesting how the titling will go on these cars since they were salvaged prior to delivery.
The tragedy of the situation was the naval architect who died when checking out the ship while it was tilted 80 degrees.

That is a COOL!!! If I missed my ferry boat to my fiance's family dinner invitation, I would take this chance. (we'll need all the points we can get and Lexus is A+ after all)
It looks like somewhere in eroupe land with license plate like that.
I'm sure the guy had a blast with that IS at that island showing off
