Hey guys - Stop the Chop nonsens already.
it is 100% REAL.
The owner lives in Viimsi, Estonia and wanted to go with his car to quite near situated small Island called Prangli. (http://www.archipelago.nu/SKARGARD/E...IA/prangli.htm)
So he did. Spent there a day or two and came back.
(I live in the same area as the owner of the green IS in the pics.)
Just saw the car today on my way home (Licence plate starts with numbers 144).
And car's perfectly fine - my eyes didnt spot any damage at all.
So a happy end to this story.
And - Yes people are a bit crazy round here - for example:
The average salary in Estonia is less then 700.-USD per month. Despite of that on my way to work every day (short 10 mile journey) i see:
at least 2 Hummer2-s.
at least 4 BMW 745-s
at least 1 Bentley
not counting the newest Mercs, Audis, Lex etc.
so to me a guy wanting to go on a little trip with his car (using extreme measures) is totally normal and please - if anyone wants to talk about chops again - do it in a different thread.
