Default Damn - Rear Ended

Well - the car 3 cars infront slammed on breaks and I was able to stop (pulled partially off to the right to avoid the car in front), but the car behind did not stop so fast.

Guess the price - I'll update next week with estimate.

Yeah - that the spot. I live in Broward, but work a couple of days in WPB. Our office was a mile away (turn on Village). Was around 2:45pm.

sorry to see this - but they'll fix it good as new.

I'm guessing about $2500 to fix.

An unmarked cop car is totally illegal. It goes against our rights. Cops must be in marked cars. I know they do it anyways, but it is because people are too stupid to fight for their rights. That is why we are headed for a Totalitarian government. Thomas Jefferson said, "People will get the government they deserve, and at the end of this (democracy) all good men will be in jail". This is because if you fight Big Brother they will imprison without cause, but if everyone faught for what was rightfully theirs, they can't arrest everyone.

Ouch! Sorry to see your IS like this. A freakin KIA! Doesn't that figure. Who received the traffic violation? Was the Kia insured?

He received a few tickets. The car was his roomates and was missing the registration. He has Geico and I have already got the authorization to fix and they are inspecting the damage on Wed. I am going to the Lexus body shop prior so that I have an estimate in order to be informed. I have my company (Travelers) on notice and they said that they will pay out and go after Geico if they give me the runaround, but my rates may be effected that route.

Miami is 50-50 chance of uninsured, but WPB is much better odds.

Not the best way to start the weekend.

Eh, ok.

I'm guessing $3,500 to fix.
