iforgery actually has a terrible reputation. their quality control is peanuts, they copy designs. and their customer service is trash. i know multiple people who have cracked or bent wheels, and it takes nearly 6 months for them to do anything. not to mention when the wheels were received they noticed chips in the paint and flaws in the finish. consult google if you don't believe me.

Man I feel for you...what happened to your rim is way unfortunate; I've never seen a rim crack like that...I'd be in touch with the manufacturer, ASAP.
Godspeed and I hope that you find a viable solution.

The same thing happened to me with my wheels over here in NY about 2 months ago. I hit a MASSIVE pothole on the West Side Hwy and it actually blew and cracked both wheels on the driver side. I went to my insurance since I kept all my reciepts and submitted them in. I got a check covering the cost of tires and 2 rims (Donz Genovese) 20x8.5 and 20x10. My wheels cracked the same way. Talk to your insurance. I have a $500 Deductable and still walked away with a check of close to $1300.

iforgery are known to have hairline cracks that end up to being a bigger problem. There was one incident with HRE at a track where the center piece broke in all 5 spots, but the car it was on was a viper which had hella torque to the wheel. SSR are known to be called super soft rims which i guess in some case bend a lot.
Only rims i never heard problems about are DPE, BBS, VOLKS, and WORK.

have you look into making a claim with the city.
a few years ago, i heard on a LA radio show that when we were having lots of rain, you could contact the city and try to get some money for the damage. try it and see if you can get money. gl.

I'm already in contact with the manufacturer. I emailed them Sunday night and they responded Monday morning. So from your all your answers we pretty much all agree that there was probably a manufacture defect with this wheel. I obviously will ask for a another wheel from them, but should I ask to have all of my wheels exchange just incase they are defected too?
