Glad that you're ok. As people were talking about how much you are getting from the insurance company, I believe you might be a little disappointed when you saw the check for your car according to my wife (She's an insurance agent). It was BRAND NEW when you drove out of the lot from Lexus, but it was USED when you wrecked it. I would say your insurance company probably gives you the check for a USED 07 Lexus IS350 price for it.

okay my dad works for the insurence company kemper :P and i totalled by dads bmw 760li which was only 1 week old some lady hit me from the back and made me flip 10 times 
well we got a brand new one just like it and all mods cover for because it was withing 6 months with sales reciept. Dont go for anything less then what you paid for the car if not them get a lawyer and it will all be done for you. It also depends on how the insurence company deals with claims. I dont know how AAA works but kemper and allstate operates like that.

sorry guys...cudnt get anything off my car..even the nav..said they wud give me less money...they gave but about the same price for how much i bought it...hopefully ill be back in the club by next summer...

Salvage!!! pop the lexus emblems and you can get a few extra bucks! i dont think the insurance ppl will notice it.. liket he 3 that was popped off..
