Hey for some reason, when I'm viewing the map on my screen, it doesn't dim to "night" mode like it used to.

The lights still come turn on automatically, but my screen doesn't dim. Needless to says its bright and distracting in daylight mode at night.

Any ideas?

 

I thought if you set your gauge backlighting to less than full brightness you would get the auto switch to night mode on the nav.

 

Turn the brightness **** just short of all the way right (there's a click).
