Best way to tap the sub signal (adding sub/amp) on my non-ML 13 speaker system?
I want to add an aftermarket sub and amp (JL 10w6v2, JL 250/1) to my stock non-ML Pioneer 13 speaker system.
What is the best way to tap the signal? Remove the factory sub and tap the signal from there? I read somewhere that the factory amp cuts the signal from anything below 30hz so this my not be the best option. I'm thinking this is the easiest though.
If I use JL Cleansweep (or another product that is designed to do this) is there any way to tap into a signal that has the full acceptable spectrum (from ~60hz on down)?
