I paid $600 for a w6v2 with enclosure + 250/1, about 1 year ago...

I had a basslink in my supra a while back and it was ok, but nowhere near as nice as the JL I had in my Matrix. JL is a good way to go.

a premade, self-amped very rarely, if ever, beats a quality sub/amp combo (a la JL)
