Is there a difference between 250 and 350 exteriorily speaking? If not, than whoever say the 250 is a girls car and 350 is a male's car is retarded. 
As some already mentioned, there is no distinguishing between power of a car with gender of driver. If anything color would be the best indicator.

These days what isnt a girls car? anything HOT is a girls car. Women drive nice cars too!!

I was in mixed company at a dinner party this evening and the conversation among a few guys (most of whom I didn't know) drifted toward automobiles. One guy in particular (who proudly revealed he owned a Porche and a Hummer) made a point of asking each person what they drove.
When asked, I answered "A Lexus". "What kind?" he followed. "An IS350" I said. To which he exclaimed, "Dude, that's a girls car!... Give it to your wife." At first, I thought I'd be offended, but it honestly rolled right off my back. "Good to know, I'll make a note...

I've been so happy with my first month of IS350 ownership that not much of anything could get under my skin regarding this car. Has anyone else had their ISx50 referred to as a "chick mobile"? What kind of exchange did it lead to?

yep yep. When i used to roll in my 89 5.0 LX only guys would look at my car, it was a fracking sausage magnet... *if i was gay, yea it would be cool* BUT... now i roll in lexi and GIRLS look

In miami, you see girls driving all the cool/hot looking rides as much as the guys. IS 350 is just a sexy ride, I never thought I'd buy a car again after having 4 SUV's before this (06' rover sport supch'd, 05' LR3, 05 pathfinder, 03' Ford F150 ). Like yall mentioned, anyone that says it's a chick car is not comfortable with themselves and is compensating. I've got some real good friends that are huge as in pumped up or just plain ripped and all of the said the IS 350 was an awesome ride after seeing or driving mine. And most of them have dodge chargers/magnums. They just kept giving me a hard time about going japanese again. IS350 FTW

I have a different opinion...as majority of women do not care about power and speed of a vehicle...where as many men do... so the power does play a factor.
most men if the IS350 and 250 both came with 6mt's and AWD...many men would rather own a 350 based on the "ballz" it has.
I think color is the dumbest indicator --unless the IS came in PINK and BLUE only--and you got a pink one...I mean people who say you have a chick car based on color are the retarded ones

...and what make u think the 350 is the "male" car? how can you tell which is which if they both travel 60mph on cruise control and side by side? Oh god, good thing I found this thread. Yeah, it has a girlish feel to it since most I see on the freeway are women. Coincidence? Maybe or maybe not. Few guys I know have the IS250. Ha, my ex GF's sister has an IS350, lol. But she's always getting the best money can buy.
