Now I wouldn't have minded that so much if it was the bread and butter IS you see here in town by the hundreds, but mine is black, black windows, lowered, GFX and pretty damn angry looking, so in my mind I was like WTF?

Oh well, guess what you really need is the new International MTX to be a real man.
I think its the way of evolution in design. They are creating cars that are more sexy looking with supple curves as opposed to hard edges and square corners. The same conversation is going around for the new BMW 3 series coupe. 67 percent of women drive the 328i while only 32 percent drive the 335i.
but i still consider it a man car.. Hell even my 04 STI was considered cute and that made no sense to me lol

I can see the IS 250's being considered a chick's car. But if someone's ***** feels small because they have a car that is considered a chick's car, then you should go buy an F350.

Mini Cooper, C230 K (hatch style) CLK's, IS 250's and every SUV is pretty much the only vehicles I see women driving.

Out of all the SUV's I would say atleast 75% of the time they are a female

Out of all the times I see a IS 250.... actually I have yet to see a guy driving one in DC metro area. I know they are some, I just haven't seen them. Matter of fact two of my friends have purchased them for their wives.

And for the rest of the cars, the numbers are rather large.

For the E92 335i women seem to only be driving the hard top convertibles .

Haven't yet, but if I ever saw a women driving an IS350, I would be impressed. I would know there is someone who really appreciates a car with some *****.

I don't think the pickup truck I passed doing 100mph thought it was a chick driving (country road with over 1 mile of visibility).

[QUOTE=taminatorv;3222972]My first reaction would have been, "A Porsche and a Hummer? Someone is clearly trying to compensate. Feeling inadequate?"

LOL. My thoughts exactly!

My 0.02: Why is the IS considered a "chick car" if only 47.7% are owned by women? Unless chimps have advanced up the evolutionary ladder and bought 4% of the IS, then the majority of IS owners would still be men.

BTW, I just purchased an IS350 in December because it can smoke just about any other car I can afford and still fit three carseats (albeit barely!) for my kids.

It's all good bro. It appears you've ordered the exact vehicle I'm interested in. Except I'm going to pass on the ML.

I do profile by car. Whenever I see someone in a specific type of higher end car, i draw conclusions.

By my logic, Lexus is a smart car.

So if more woman drive lexus then men, then what does that say? Or maybe it's just all who drive lexus all have their thinking caps on!

Haha!
