To answer the OPs question, yes it DOES make a difference if you buy your car at the end of a month, especially at the end of a quarter. All Lexus dealers have sales goals they want to meet/beat so that add'l factory incentives and bonuses kick in (period). Longo will price match, so get the lowest quote on the IS model you want on a fax/email and Longo will beat it. I find that Longo has the largest inventory and can get you the rare or 'hot' combinations that other dealers can't . . .
