Default Keg in 2IS?

anyone put a keg in their IS yet?

does it fit in the trunk? or would you lay it sideways across the back seats?

found them 1/2 price where i work, so thought i'd save some cash.

Wow, no things like that do not go in my car... ESPECIALLY on the seats! You might be able to fit one in the trunk though. I have fit several 32" LCD TVs in their original packaging in mine. Tight fit, but they all went in there.

Haha, best question EVER... If it's an ordinary size keg, it should fit horizontally in your back seat. I just transported a large office chair in my back seat over the weekend, so a keg shouldn't be a problem. I would, however, make sure to use a towel to protect your leather seats. So, where's the party?!?!

hahah...yup...its simple economics...buy in bulk

yeah, i was planning on wrapping it in a towel and laying it across the rear seat. could even rig up the seat belt to hold it if a quick stop should happen! haha

Ben r...why not? do you not let fat friends on your seat either? there is nothing sharp on a keg, just dead weight.

unfortunately, the place i'm getting them has a "one keg per car rule" so the girlfriend will have to fit one in her corolla too!

I hear ya Ben r...

I was hesitant at first. If i had known they were this cheap, i would have planned ahead and borrowed my brother's 4-runner. Then I thought about it and realized I was being paranoid.

the kegs at home were $81, and they're $42 near work. cant argue with that.

I like your thinking lol, but yeah a keg will fit in the trunk its just scaring being heavy and everything you hope you can put it in without breaking anything.

I was social chair for my frat trunk can fit one with my system, and if you take a sheet put it over the seats to keep clean and prevent scuff marks.......also can put one in back right seat, move front seat all the way back....put one on floor in front of front seat and then one on shotgun...

it happened, not gonna argue about it and dont care about any criticism just trying to have fun, lifes too short

yes, one keg full size will fit comfortably in the trunk. make sure you strap it down to keep it from rolling around.

Default keg in trunk

Part of my decision making process before buying the IS350 was making sure a full size keg would fit. If it didn't I would've probably bought something else. hahaha

HAHAHHA +1 with what Javy said.. One of the best questions ever. I am about 99% sure you could secure it in the back seat and wrap it in a couple of towels.
