Side Markers

I've noticed some IS's with sidemarkers,are they aftermarket add-ons or '07 models, or wut?

The 2IS' you saw with the sidemarkers are the ones sold in Asia, Europe and middle east.

If you saw one here in the states most likely its and add-on.
