I will say this though, this isn't the first issue i've had with this dealer (tint issue a few weeks ago), but I've gotta commend them at how well they are at acknowledging they made a mistake and doing everything they can to fix it. If this was my old Honda, the dealer would have found some way to blame everything on me and tell me that I was SOL.
Buds I take it you are not taking it to Sewell. You can ask everyone on here that has dealt with Sewell Dallas (not ft.worth, they are stupid). People have always had good experiences including myself. Are you going to that lexus up towards plano?

Yeah I've been going to Park Place of Plano. It's a lot closer to my home than Sewell. I've been to Sewell a few times and have been treated well. I may start going there more often

What a brilliant safety idea! I would waste no time getting that flat fixed.

LOL Now thats funny! I don't think I would have the courage to by a nice sports car with those kinds of roads. Our roads are ok, and even then I avoid sewer grates.

LMAO!! Lexus used to always have full size spares but the recent cars have doughnuts. Not sure if its weight/cost savings/space savings.

Lol
