Rear Visibility and Camera
Does anyone find the rear visibility in the 250 limited? Can you take out the headrests in the rear easily if you want to increase the field of vision?
Also, does the backup camera work well at night?

The headrests come right out. I had to take one out for the kids carseat.
the backup camera is pretty good at night. It's limited in general because its got a fish eye lens (like looking through a door peep hole), so the pole which looks about 10 feet away on the screen is really like a foot and half away. But, you can certainly see well at night.

The IS is not the best when it comes to rear visibility due to the design. Yes, the rear camera works well even when it is dark. The backup lights put out enough light to enable you to get a good look as to what is lurking behind you via the camera.

Visibility isn't great, though I haven't been in a small car recently where I was impressed by the visibility. Its not as good as our SUV, but that's a useless comparison.
Camera works well at night, though it is a wide angle lens so distances are hard to gauge, and often the only light you have at night is with the backup lights, which aren't great.
Long story short, it isn't perfect, but it does help.
