Default Question about Brakes TSIB

So I got them done but I have two questions:

1. The service guy told me that the new brake pads were not only made of a different material, but were also smaller than the stock pads.
2. He said that under the TSIB only the front pads are changed, the rear is still the same, presumably bigger brakes.
3. I never got a print-out or anything for what I had done... just gave me the keys and I drove off.

Is this normal for you guys as well? Just thought I'd check as I was a little suspicious.

don't have an answer about the size issue. Sounds a bit unusual that no invoice ticket was given to you, but I bet if you request one they will provide a copy. Finally, the TSIB does only apply to the front brakes.

Smaller? Hogwash. There are pics of the pads here, and their physical dimensions are the same.

Yes, only the front brake pads are changed. The rears do not have a dust problem.

I got no invoice. Why is that a problem?
