Litespeed

I just installed my XM Radio Unit in my 07 IS350 according to the directions (as well as using the guidance of the How-To on this site...) I hear a fair amount of Alternator Whine at medium to high volume. Anyone else notice this? I made sure to ground the unit correctly. Can't figure out it I somehow did it wrong or if this is typical?

Please let me know if you have or don't have this issue! Thanks!

Mine was installed at the port. But don't have any sort of extraneous whine, or grounding, issues. It is as quiet as a mouse.
