Here's exactly what they say:
This isn't very helpful from a search perspective, but it does indicate the '08s will have different wheel colors. If someone has the ability to translate the numbers into an actual color, it would be a big help.

I find it interesting that their are 2 different wheel colors for 2008..
Finally, something that makes them different, yet still the same....

Nice thread hijack guys.
Back OT. I wonder if the speed limiter is set to actual speed or as indicated ? If our speedos are truly 5% conservative, than an indicated speed of 144 would be an actual speed of apprx 137. Then again, to achieve an actual speed of 144, you would need apprx 151 as indicated. Anyone care to test this . . .

If you have mile markers where you live, you can set the cruise control and run a stop watch for 10 miles or so, then calculate your speed pretty accurately. You can also use the onboard GPS to compare your indicated speed with the speed GPS says you are going.
Since the top speed is limited to 144, it's likely the 145 you saw was indicating a little higher than your actual speed.

Is there a setting in the Nav that does this? Or are you saying by resetting the average speed, in my dash cluster, I could get another rating, besides what's on the speedo?

**Warning** you won't be able to get out of this screen until you restart the car and you will also loose audio while this menu is up.

Yes, hold the info button and turn on and off your headlights two times. Then go into the menu/navigation check/vehicle sensors. There you can see what GPS is measuring.

Another item, sorry a bit off topic, do you know if I'd need to pull my fuse, if I wanted to install an updated dvd map disc? Or would my nav register the new maps without pulling the fuse?
Also, is there a link to DIY fuse pulling?

Not at all true. Press and hold the Info button for three seconds and it will restart. I have done this in motion, so I know it works. You are correct about losing audio (and all the other functionality built into the nav unit). I wouldn't do this on a blazing hot day...

No you do not need to pull the fuse unless you are back-reving the firmware.
