thanks for the advise..
hm..and I really don't know how my friend ended up taking his car to this bodyshop..but
he decided to give them a week to work on his car, and if it's not done by that day, we'll going to just pack up everything and take it to the dealer..
one more question..
do you think Lexus dealer could run an inspection on the car once it's repaired by the bodyshop just to make sure everything is repaired?
