Am I missing something or is the IS350 holding its value VERY well?

Definitely a plus for the IS vs. the Infiniti Gxx, which are a dime a dozen all over the place.

I feel your pain! I was happy to get a grand off of sticker. At least our cars are still holding value decently.

BTW, how does a Corvette have a 47 percent residual after 5 years!?

My main reason for not getting a G coupe is that i see too many middle aged women driving them...

Plenty of middle aged women (and yeah I've seen one grandma) driving the IS too. I have heard girls describe the IS as "a cute car" so why wouldn't they want it?
