I wish that was true. This is first time I got an LS. Other times I got IS, ES, or RX. I think it's because this is third time I went in for my bumper clips problem, which isn't service dept fault as they use outside body shop. I think it's also because I don't start yelling at them and I'm nice about it so it probably makes them want to be nice to me back.

 

Whats wrong with your bumber clips?

 

Last February I got into a minor fender bender and bought a new bumper. A few months later I notice a huge gap around the bumper and realized it was coming loose. I went back in and the body shop guy tried to blame it on me scraping on driveways so he charged me $50 for new clips. A few months later gap reappears and I find out they never put clips on. So this time, service dept is going to install clips to make sure it's done right.
The service manager and consultants were really nice about it and made such a big deal over it I was getting embarassed because I don't consider it a major problem - especially when it wasn't their mistake to begin with. Gotta love Lexus customer service!

 

First loaner was an is250. made me apreciate my is350 so much more

Second loaner was a toyota 4runner since they were out of lexus ones. need say more? i was def in a rush to get my baby back asap!

 

Yeah I have a small gap between passenger headlight and bumper. Do you think the dealer will take care of it? Like you said not a huge deal but it would be nice? Do they really take care of it or do they send it out?

 

I usually got either a F430 or 911tt as a loner.

But I miss my IS350 while I am in those POS loners.

the rx350 is pretty nice.. i was pretty impressed with the power it had.. it handled pretty well..

I can't get a loaner car since you have to be 21 which sucks. The last time I was there I spent 8 hours lounging around even though they kept telling me just one more hour.

 

They gave me a loaner and I'm only 20.^
