Lightbulb Tpms: Oem Question

I hope this is not a stupid question. I search for this but almost everything is about aftermarket wheels and TPMS. I dont know much about wheels & tires.

I want to upgrade from the 17" OEM's to the 18" OEM's, can I just transfer the TPMS from one set to another?

Do I need to buy a new kit of TPMS, if so; how much?

This has to be "calibrated" by Lexus, or the tire center (Ex. COSTCO) will do it without taking the car to Lexus service?

Thanks!
L.

You should have no problem transferring them to the 18" OEM rims and the instructions to reconnect them (which you probably wont have to do) are in the user manual.
