Red face Lowbeam Replacement - 2nd Gen IS250

Hello =)

I got some Nokya bulbs that I want to put in, does anyone have any suggestions on how to approach this? I'm having trouble taking the engine cover off due to the the 2 foremost bolts on the front cover and the 2 screws on the side covers. Also, the housing itself seems really difficult to get to. Anyone have suggestions?

Thanks =)

Why not just use Yellow Fog Vynil?

I think he meant low beams as in "low beams".. not foglamps.

Ok, heres the deal.

The front engine cover over the radiator, the 2 screws right? You dont need to unscrew those, just pop the clips like the manual says (i ASSUME you looked in the manual... RIGHT?). Once the clips are off, the radiator cover can just lift off.

For the side covers, pop the clips and only that screw on that longish part that goes downward is the only thing holding it, you can either swivel the cover to the side OR you can just... yank up, it'll come off. If you do the yank method you'll be able to see how its attached and turning that screw is meaningless. Its a type of clip, if you break the clip part INSIDE the screw area, dont worry wont affect nothing, like i said, you'll see.
