This describes how I feel about them. If it turn them off I miss them, but when they're working they're not really dramatically cooler. I've called them worthless in the past, but here in Atlanta, they are better than nothing, and I get to experience nothing every time I drive the Supra.

It would be much better if they actually cooled, or moved more air on my back.

I find that the ventilated seats work really well only when you're already sweating. And it also cools the leather really well. other than that, you don't actually feel the ventilated seats even on max settings.

If you dont mind waiting, i suggest this feature. I live in Southern California and during a cold morning they warm very nicely and on a hot afternoon they cool very nicely. IMHO i think its a great feature.

Most definitely worth it. I used to go to work @ 4 AM w/ temp 32F and the heated seat helped a lot. Summer time in IE? I definitely have to use my cool ventilated seat.

I noticed on the vented seats that you can't notice them much when you are sitting on them, but if you kind of plop up and fall back on the seat you can feel the cool air. It feels goooood

I have used the vented seats all summer--they don't freeze you, but I notice the difference when I get into my wife's Honda without them. Since you are in IL, you may want the heated seats. And, IMO, the perf leather looks way better than the std.

As many as there are for the nav hack, 20" wheels, tinted windows, lighting mods, clear bras and brake dust. The thread is clearly marked for vented seats--no one made you read it.

I love the ventilated seats!! Could they be better? Sure. But after a workout or during a long road trip, they are great! I recently took a road trip and I had them on almost the entire drive (4 hours). This past weekend I had a 2.5 hour road trip in a rental car and I missed the ventilated seats dearly!

Personally I love em... as other have said, they could be a bit more robust but on a hot Texas day, they are great!
