We are talking about an oil change...... They drop a new filter, pour some oil, take your cash and you come back 7k miles later...... What's so special about that?

I'm up for an oil change soon.

$30 for 6 quarts of Mobile 1 synthetic from Costco (need 1 more qt)
$7 for Lexus oil filter
$25 dollars labor from local shop

I just drive right in and I'm out in 20 minutes. They will even top off all fluids and check the air filter. It's not as cheap as doing it myself, but it's not bad at all.
