The only thing I think of when I see this is will the moron behind you gaze in amazement at your cool red led lights while slamming into the back of your lexus . . .

i never look at my brake lights while i am driving, i would however like them to be as visable as possible to the people behind me. while it does look cool ill never understand the facination people seem to have with lights on their cars. especially the ones they can't see while driving.

I saw this mod on cars in Japan very often, and mostly done with club names or logos. The cars usually have tail debadeged fully to reduce visual noise.
Sometimes too many logos become a bother!
