Just fyi. I'll probably be taking my 3rd brakelight overlay out. I installed it perfectly, but it did require trimming to fit right. Problem is, the rounded lights (I think 8 of them) for the OEM brakelight distorts the image. It looks just "o.k." from up to 10 feet or so. After 10 feet, as if there is something wrong with the light.

They are 'decel' LED bulbs in the 3rd taillight spot, they strobe for 2 seconds when I 'decelerate' quickly. You have to drill out your own third taillight hole, and wire the bulbs from the other break lights. it isn't much work. Be careful when cutting the plastic, it is very hard, and cracks/shatters very easily.

no, they are color matched with paint. they are a little too dark in my opinion during the day; so this was another reason why i decided to add an extra set of taillights.
