hi guys,
As stated above: I have IS250 Manual.
in order to achieve maximum acceleration - on what RMP should I change the gears?
What should it be in theory and what do You use?
And how fast have You gone from 0-60 (by stock setup)?
(I just cant believe that AT is as fast as MT).

In normal driving on a flat surface, I shift where kickin8 does: around 3500-4000 RPM. I go higher if I need to get up one of the steep hills around here.
The official specs are hp = 204@6400 and torque = 185@4800 (foot-lbs), and you can definitely feel the engine "wake up" as you enter the higher RPM range. So I would think for maximum performance that you'd want to shift near redline.
I've also never done a timed 0-60 run, but I've driven the 6AT before, and the 6MT "feels" faster. Neither of them are speed-machines, but the 6MT feels more responsive across the board (provided you are in the proper gear, of course).
