It depends entirely on how long you plan on keeping the car. If you're the type to keep cars until its last breath (200k miles), then you might want to be more particular about maintenance.
If you're the type that likes to have a new car every 3 years, then don't worry about it......

I did the 5K complimentary service...and did a plain oil change at the stealership for my 10K...I plan on keep this car for another 4-6 years. I've decided to just do a plain oil change at the stealership. Thanks for you opinions guys! SoCalJD...you said you got the cabin air filter for $25 shipped from Sewell...was there a promo going on? Any promo codes used besides the CL promo code?

^ I bought it earlier this year with their 10% CL discount and the free shipping promo, along with 4 oil filters. I changed my cabin filter at 10k and will again at 20k . . .

- Air Filter
- Differential Fluid

That actually doesn't seem like a bad deal at all. I personally do all my work myself and bring it to the dealer when I need warranty work done. I'm coming up on 15K on my car soon too. I will be changing the cabin filter, air filter and probably an oil change.

It says in the manual that they only inspect the differential fluid but, do they really change it? It also says they only clean not replace the cabin air filter =/

Is it possible to do the cabin and air filters ourselves?
