Afraid not. I read the manual today and contrary to my last post the number of playlists you can make is unlimited, it is just restricted to showing six at a time, so in theory you could make each album a playlist in which case the album info would be shown as would the track info. Need to read the manual a little more as I'm sure there's more to get out of this set up.
