Special Order-What information did your dealer give you?

I think that I actually got that information from Cindy, but I might be mistaken and passed on that I know that an ending order date comes up for each month. Apparently, all the special orders before that date are officially placed on that date. For example, if you order a car on the 5th, the order is put in, but isn't actually accepted until the 15th (I first heard the 11th, and someone else said 15th. That's another reason why I called corporate. I didn't hear these dates and facts from my dealer, but from lots of research-I just passed it on to them) I just want to make sure that I make the cutoff.
Right now the people left behind don't have access like the General Manager did. They're waiting for the other guy who is able to do this to return today from a big Lexus meeting in Hawaii. Apparently they wrote him about us while he was there and said that we were "near super nova" about our car. No kidding. Hopefully all will come together in the next couple of days. I'll keep you posted.
