Cool Light Mods & Setup

Can someone please post the bulb sizes for a stock is350 with HID's.

I have my drl's turned off, but might want to change that little bulb that comes on with the hid's at night.

Also, fog light bulbs....which is better to do....the Yellow overlay, or change the bulb??

CAN YOU ALSO POST PICS OF YOUR LIGHT SETUP - one during the day, one at night please....

Thanks....

Stock IS350 HID bulbs - D4S 4800K
The little bulb (a.k.a. city lights) is 168 or 194 (interchangable)
The fogs are 9006

I would not recomend the overlay or a 9006 bulb with blue tints. Any type of tint to help you achieve the desired color would be dim as hell and render your fogs quite useless. Either leave it as it is or put in a 9006 HID kit for the fogs

To get that bright yellow look, i believe you get a 3000k HID kit for that.

Are you sure they "tried"? I was picking up a part at one dealership and talking to the part guy about my drls. A tech walked by and we asked the tech if the drl's could be turned off. He said nope when I can obviously see it in his eyes and the way he said it that he was lieing and I already know that it can be turned off from another dealership at least. I think it all depends on the tech and dealership. Try another dealership.
