Agree this looks good, but what's the PRICE??? The previous Carson GB was $370, and although the pieces were technically overlays that description is a bit misleading. They were not decals or films, but solid carbon fiber on a rigid plastic substrate. Price:quality ratio was excellent on that product So we'll have to wait and see how much these total replacement pieces will run.

I can just imagine the full replacement going for $1,000+ but if it's available in piano black, I will be very tempted to get it.

Probably. The CF Overlay go for that much already and the OEM replacement for the Birdseye Maple cost around $1500 last I heard. So this replacement will probably cost $1000+ but I am crossing my fingers that I am wrong.
