Which on to splice on the factory subwoofer............the factory two subwoofer has two inputs???????

One set of wires on left and one on the right......confused about which one to splice and why the sub has two sets?????

I know on house speakers it is a high pass and a low pass.

The subwoofer is probably a dual voice coil subwoofer wired with 2ohm resistance. Both sets should produce the same output.
