Advice for tire that rubs?

Hey all,
Here's the situation - got new tires and wheels and the right rear rubs when going over large bumps and making sharp right-hand turns.
I've already rolled the fenders, which helped. However, the problem still persists.
The wheels are 9.5 in the rear with a +38 offset. The tires are 275/35-19 (Nitto 555). Eibach Pro-kit installed. Have not got an alignment yet.
Here are my options, as I see them:
1. Return the rear tires to TireRack for some 265/30-19s. I am hesitant to drop the diameter of the tire, however, since I don't know how that will affect the staggered set-up.
2. Swap the rear Eibach springs back to stock. What would happen if I have stock in the back and Eibach in the front?
3. Roll the fenders past the spot welds. Not keen on this, since I don't want to risk any body damage.
4. Get coilovers. Wallet takes a beating.
5. Get a custom alignment. I haven't gotten any alignment yet - do you think that will help?
Thanks in advance for your advice.

Well, IMO you shouldnt have gone with a 275/35.....
Most people on here (i would say 90%) that have 9.5 in the rears use 265/30, not 275/35......and if they do use a 275 tire its a 275/30 not 275/35, thats kind of a weird size.
If you've already rolled ur fenders and it still rubs, i think ur cheapest bet is to get an alignment first before u drop money on 265's. If it still rubs after the alignment, then def. go for the 265/30's.
what r u running in the front? 235/35?

Right rear? I think its only rubbing the plastic wheel well. Your tires are not cutting are they? Thats my situation, at first I thought it was rubbing but it turns out only the wheel liner.
So as only its not cutting the tires, let it rub for a couple of weeks and itll disappear.
I just saw your 9.5 and 275/35 set up... I think you should lower the profile or get some narrower tires depending on how bad that rub is.

I am running eibachs with a 275/30/19 19x9.5 on my rears with 0 rubbing. I bet if you went down from a 35 to a 30 it might help
also, on the alignment it doesn't hurt to have one , but both me and one other person here that have dropped their car on eibachs had an aligment done and everything was within specs. The eibach drop is so little that it doesn't affect much. Still it's only 75.00 for an alignment so probably a good idea.
That offest is not that much in the rear. I am not sure why you are rubbing.

There is only one thing in the alignment you can change from the factory: toe. Changing it will not change rubbing at all.
