Please help me answer the questions so I can decide if it's worth the work/time/$$$ to do it:
1. Did you get them when you buy the car ? Or got it aftermarket?
2. Did you buy extra set of TPMS sensors? If so, how much?
3. Did you buy new set of tires? If so, how much ?
4. Did you installed it in the dealer? How much?
5. Did you get the alignment done after you installed it?
6. What's the total cost out of the pocket ? (Including the rims)
7. How long does it take you ?
8. Worth the time/money for OEM set? Would you do it again or you would prefer aftermarket chrome wheels (no more OEM chromes) ?
Thanks!

1) Aftermarket. Online for about $600.
2) No. I just used my original sensors.
3) No. I just used the OEM tires.
4) Yes. Dealer charged $100 for installation (I was concerned about transferring the TPMS sensors).
5) No. It was the same tires and wheels, just chromed.
6) With the exchange, I paid $700 installed.
7) I picked up the chromed wheels myself, went to the dealer (which took an hour), and then returned the alloy wheels for the exchange. It took me a whole afternoon to get it all done.
8) It was worth it for me, but it was a bit of a hassle. It would have been easier to pay the $700 through the dealer and get it financed.
--You can probably get a better deal if you just go with the same sized aftermarket wheels, and it still gives you a more personalized look. If you keep the same sized wheels, you still get the same comfortable ride. It then just depends on the weight and quality of the wheels...

Our IS250 already had the OEM chrome rims/tires on the car when we looked at it at the dealer. They wanted $3,000 extra for them. We negotiated a price for the car where they left them on for free. TPMS was already installed.
The only interesting aspect was after a year a valve stem went bad (I started a thread on this subject awhile back). When we took it to the dealer they said it was not covered under warranty but they would replace it free of charge anyway.

OP, call tire/wheel shops and inquire about OEM rims that buyers trade or sell to them. Most wheel shops chrome the traded OEM rims and sell them to the public. I swapped mine w/ a chromed set for $600 including labor (demount and remount of tires) and balancing. No need for alignment if your tires are pretty new. I was in and out of the shop in less than an hour. They will use your own TPMS and transfer them to the chromed ones.
Sorting out my papers in the glove compartment and I found my receipt. I paid $550 total.
