Default Battery problem...

So today I went to the mall to browse around and go see a movie... then four hours later I go back to my car and start the car....all the electronics come on but the engine didn't so I turned it off and tried again and it didn't work....then noticed that one of my headlights wasn't on...so I knew it was a battery problem, but I didn't leave anything on when I went into the mall. So i checked the battery connection and it was properly secured... so I tried to start it again but no luck... So I called AAA roadside assistance to come and jump start the car. Well 20 minutes later... my friend gets impatient and says why don't you try to start it again... I said whats the use but did it anyways...but it amazingly starts... I don't get how I was able to start the car if the battery didn't even have the power to turn on both headlights... My father said it might be the part that charges the battery from the engine....

On a side note, you could always use Lexus Roadside Assistance instead of AAA as it is included for I think 4 years

I'm pretty certain that Lexus roadside assistance in the US is subcontracted to AAA.

Well, It happens...Like when you try to start it mighta gotten the battery "hot"

I dont know how it happens..but it does..I have a lot of battery problems...

Since you didnt leave anything on...

You should make sure its just your abttery and not ur alternator..

start your car...disconnect the negative battery terminall..if your car keeps running..your alternator is good...

and just change your battery..you shud be good to go!

You maybe right but I did see once an actual "Lexus Roadside Asstiance" vehicle and not a AAA vehicle. It clearly had the Lexus symbol and roadside assistance labeled on the car.
